● Minzow
Fragrant natural fashion with floral patterns, fragrant flowers and mint in the garden and the natural style of Susanne Fischer Geißler attract customers to the natural fashion summer store in Minzow. The quaint fashion studio is also home to a changing collection of art on the themes of summer, fashion and nature. Minzow. That sounds like the invigorating scent of fresh mint, other herbs and flowers. That's right, anyone passing through Minzow near Röbel should not miss Susanne Fischer-Geißler's summer garden. The lush diversity of nature continues in her small, winding fashion studio - in the lush flowers on the naturally woven fabrics of the summer dresses, with delicate floral patterns on wide-swinging skirts and linen pants, as worn on hikes through meadow grasses and along country lanes. The informal atmosphere makes it a pleasure to browse through chests and huge cupboards like in grandmother's day. In keeping with this fragrant fashion, Susanne Fischer-Geißler alternately displays art, mostly painted by women on the themes of beauty, nature, fashion and summer. Susanne Fischer-Geißler got the idea of running a natural fashion store combined with art from the Wendland region. So the Berliner thought to herself, get out of the confines of the big city and fulfill your dream on the Müritz. ● Burg Stargard
A day trip filled with fun, adventure, and relaxation. In 2000, a summer toboggan run was successfully opened on the Hunnenberg. Viewed from the air, the Burg Stargard summer toboggan run near Neubrandenburg could look like a serpentine road, the kind found in the mountains. The 720-meter-long toboggan run winds its way through the landscape, overcoming a 30-meter elevation difference with eight steep curves, a jump, and two bridges. Just like in classic winter sports regions, a lift takes tobogganers to the starting point. Night tobogganing is also available upon request. A snack bar on site provides refreshments. The town also features a medieval castle, which gave the town its name and makes for a worthwhile excursion.

Soviet memorial in the island town of Malchow
The site, which was used from 1945 to bury Soviet soldiers, is now a memorial to them. While its location was renamed from Adolf-Hitler-Platz to Neuer Markt early on, the soldiers' graves were not moved to a memorial site on the outskirts of the city until 1994. The inscription inside the monument, consisting of five Cyrillic lines, translates as: "Immortal Glory to the Heroes of the Soviet Army." The monument is decorated with a typical red star, the safety and the hammer, as well as the duration of the war from 1941 to 1945. This duration only describes the time from the Soviet Union's entry into the war until the end of the war.

Storage Facility on Katharinenberg
● Stralsund
The SPEICHER is an eco-sociocultural center in Stralsund’s Old Town. The SPEICHER on Katharinenberg in Stralsund is a place for EVERYONE. Inclusion means that every person naturally belongs here. Appearance, social background, language, disabilities, age, and gender do not matter. At the playing card factory, for example, it’s clear how apprentices, participants in entry-level training programs, those performing community service, and workshop staff work and learn together. The facility also serves as a placement site for two Federal Volunteer Service participants. This diversity is not immediately apparent to visitors to the museum workshop and the building. That is inclusion. Through networking with other users in the building, the Old Town, and the outlying neighborhoods of Grünhufe and Knieper West, the SPEICHER is an important, open, and accessible cultural hub in the city. On the ground floor of the brick building of an old steam mill, alongside the playing card factory’s machinery weighing several metric tons, there is a museum workshop where the cultural heritage of letterpress printing is actively kept alive. Work is carried out daily on the typesetting cabinets with their lead type, the Linotype typesetting machine, and the Heidelberg cylinder printing press. The playing card factory thus serves as a career orientation program for those seeking entry-level qualifications and as a support for the apprenticeships of our two future media designers, who are being trained in partnership with two Stralsund-based companies. It also serves as a workspace for the youth workshop run by our youth social work program. Thus, the facility—which is funded by the city—is clearly aligned with the “Printing and Socioculture” program.
Greifswald Floodgate
● Greifswald
The Greifswald floodgate is located in the cross-section of the Ryck federal waterway at its mouth into the “Dänische Wiek” in the Greifswald-Wieck district. It is an integral part of the flood protection system for the university and Hanseatic city of Greifswald. The Ryck, which is about four meters deep, is approximately 60 meters wide at this point and serves as the access channel to the city harbor of Greifswald. The primary purpose of the largest technical coastal protection structure on the German Baltic Sea coast is to provide protection against flooding during storm surges while preserving the brackish-water-dependent biotopes in the Ryck lowlands. A structure was developed that strikes an optimal balance between safety, functionality, urban aesthetic appeal, and cost.
