Starting points are the five piers on Usedom: Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf, Bansin, Koserow and Zinnowitz. The offer includes pier hopping, a relaxed connection between the seaside resorts. The trips offer a view of the island's historic seaside resort architecture and nature from a maritime perspective and provide a pleasant alternative to road traffic. Various destinations are available for day trips. These include trips to Swinemünde with a shore excursion, trips to the island of Misdroy or to Szczecin with a city tour. There are also trips to the island of Rügen with shore leave in Binz, Sellin or Göhren and an optional onward journey to the famous chalk coast with a view of the Königsstuhl. Nature lovers can enjoy impressive nature experiences on round trips to Greifswalder Oie and the island of Ruden. With a bit of luck, grey seals can be observed in the area of the Oier Reef. The artificial waters are home to fine fish species such as salmon, golden trout, rainbow trout and char. Group events such as day or night fishing are possible by prior arrangement. Cyclists, hikers and nature lovers are also welcome to recharge their batteries with a small snack.

The Ückeritz fishing ponds include three ponds where you can fish for trout, among other things. In an idyllic and quiet location, rainbow trout, salmon trout, brook trout, sturgeon and eel can be fished in a total of three ponds. Intuitive painting courses and painting trips are also offered in groups and as individual coaching sessions. In the studio on the picturesque Gothensee in the seaside resort of Bansin, you can view and purchase (by prior arrangement by telephone and of course at the KunstOffen appointment over the Whitsun holidays) an extensive range of painted pictures in a wide variety of formats and motifs (surreal, atmospheric, maritime, nature-related, figurative....) by the artist Heike Dittrich. Advice on framing the pictures is also available. If you have a very personal wish for a painted picture, for example your favorite place on Usedom, your favorite beach or one of the beautiful piers, etc., you can also make an individual appointment. If you would like to be creative and relaxed yourself, you can take part in one of the intuitive painting courses or painting trips. In the warmer months of the year, the Intuitive Healing Painting offers take place in nature, usually directly on the beach (e.g. on the cliffs of Bansin, on the Hohe Ufer in Ahrenshoop, on Rügen near the Königsstuhl ... ). Along the up to 70 meter wide and fine sandy beach, you can take a walk in your beach wheelchair directly along the sea and enjoy the special flair of the Kaiserbäder. You can relax in one of our barrier-free beach chairs, which are directly accessible from the beach promenade. Bansin is a district of the municipality of Ostseebad Heringsdorf on the island of Usedom. Together with Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck, Bansin is one of the Three Imperial Spas. Information about the beach accesses in the seaside resort of Bansin: The accesses 3I, 3F, 3E and 3D are barrier-free. You can reach the beach via laid-out slabs or mats. The beach chairs are not accessible via a paved path. A barrier-free beach chair can be reached via laid slabs at access 3F. A special beach experience! A beach wheelchair can be hired from the medical supply store in Ahlbeck. A bathing wheelchair is not available. Changing rooms are not available at the aforementioned beach access points. All designated beach access points are guarded there are parking spaces for people with disabilities within a radius of approx. 500 m A WC for people with disabilities is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach access points. A euro key is not necessary. Beach facilities are available at these access points: 3I, 3F and 3E

Barrier-free beach exit 6G in Koserow

Beach access with walking boards, beach chairs and beach wheelchair The barrier-free beach in Koserow can be reached from the pier forecourt at beach exit 6G. Beach boards are laid out from the beach exit itself to the beach chairs. 20 normal beach chairs invite you to sit and linger. Right next to it is the beach wheelchair, which can be borrowed free of charge from the lifeguards. The lifeguards are happy to assist with transferring and also help to pull the beach wheelchair into the water. Beach exit 6G is guarded by the lifeguards. The Koserow pier is located right next to the beach exit. The nearest toilet for disabled guests is located on the pier forecourt, 50m from beach exit 6G. The nearest parking lot for people with disabilities is approx. 150m from the beach exit. A varied beach supply is provided by the various snack facilities on the pier forecourt and the beach buggies with a simple snack offer.
