A number of beach chairs invite you to sit and linger. There is a beach chair rental right next to it. He and the DLRG are also happy to assist with transferring and helping to pull the swimming wheelchair into the water. The beach exit 4 X is guarded by the DLRG. There are also disabled parking spaces directly at the beach exit. There is also a toilet for disabled guests at this beach exit. The next WC is located at the entrance to the main beach on the promenade, 150 m from beach exit 4X. The various snack bars in the promenade area and on the beach provide a wide range of beach facilities. In addition, an electric buggy provides our guests with ice cream and simple snacks. The landlords of vacation apartments and vacation homes on Usedom are increasingly adapting to guests with limited mobility. It is advisable to book disabled-friendly properties early, as they are often booked out quickly during the high season due to their limited number. Since July 2020, a shuttle bus has been operating in Ückeritz as part of Usedom's public bus service, connecting the individual districts and the beach in Ückeritz. Guests with the Ückeritz spa card can travel on this bus free of charge.
