Our open-plan roastery in the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park region provides an insight into our traditional, handcrafted work. We process coffee, cocoa, lupins and grain with great passion using gentle drum roasting. This allows us to work out individual and roast-specific details and emphasize characteristic features. We attach great importance to the ecological, local and socially responsible production of our specialties along the entire value chain. We do not use genetic engineering, artificial flavors or additives. Our packaging is aluminum-free and produced in Germany.

Sheep farm with farm sales of certified organic meat products from its own production: lamb, lamb sausages, lamb sausage, lamb burgers as well as salami, ham and crackers from sheep. A new addition is the extensive range of sheep's cheese. Our sheep graze almost all year round on the meadows of the southern Bodden coast in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. In winter, about half of the ewes spend time in the barn to give birth and raise their lambs. They are fed with hay and wilted silage from our own meadows. In addition, we source organic grains such as barley and oats from other organic farms to cover the energy and protein requirements of our sheep and lambs. We have been a certified organic farm since 2013. I, Stephan Jakob Will, am a veterinary practitioner and treat my sheep exclusively with homeopathic remedies in the event of illness. This ensures a particularly high quality of meat, free from pharmaceutical and chemical residues. In our store you can order fresh lamb, various types of lamb sausage, lamb ham and sheep meat. Our sausages are made from 100% lamb or sheep meat. You can buy directly from the sheep farm on Saturdays from 9.00 am to 10.30 am.

The 600 m² water area with sports, children's and wave pools as well as diving and sliding facilities offers excellent opportunities for sports and fun with the family or for school and club sports. The sauna area has a Mediterranean style. Courses and massages round off the offer. For active sports enthusiasts, the pool has a 25-metre sports pool with five lanes. Just right for improving your fitness on vacation. Here, everyone can swim their laps at a water temperature of 28°C and set their own pace and length. For brave kids, there is a one-meter and three-meter board for fun jumps. And with a depth of 3.80 meters, the pool is also suitable for diving. Courses for aqua fitness, swimming lessons and baby swimming are also on offer. Great fun every half hour: the wave. If you feel like it, you can swim against it, dive through it or simply let yourself drift and sway back and forth - at 32.5°C, it's a great place to let off steam with the kids. Right next to it is the current channel, where you can literally go round and round very quickly. On the giant slide, you can quickly glide from a height of 10 meters back down to sea level. There is also a 34°C pool for babies. Every 1st Friday of the month, the midnight sauna takes place in the Bodden-Therme from 21:00 to 01:00. Saunas with exclusive infusions, salt peeling, chalk and healing earth treatments and nudist swimming in the entire swimming pool area from 22:00.

The brewery "Zur alten Fassfabrik" is not only a name that ties in with old traditions and Marlow's history, but has also become a piece of enjoyment in the region. From 1891 to 1948, the old barrel factory and the sawmill of the merchant Carl Kossow and his partner, the master cooper Levermann, were located on the neighboring property. At that time, production consisted mainly of barrels for butter and herrings. Today, barrels are still needed, but not made of wood and not for dairy products and fish, but for delicious beer. We brew 6 types of beer in our own brewery: Marlower Pils, Marlower Dunkel, Marlower Spezial, Marlower Bockbier, Marlower Hefeweizen and Marlower India Pale. All varieties are brewed by our brewer in accordance with the German Purity Law and tapped fresh from the tap or bottled exclusively in 0.5 liter bottles. The Bunte Stube was founded in June 1922 by Martha Wegscheider and the painter Hans Brass. The tourist information office also opens regularly in the harbor house in Neuendorf. At first, a small garden bench in the tourist information office was only a temporary place to store books. It soon turned out that this temporary solution was ideal for exchanging books. The book bench remained. Guests bring their exhausted vacation literature and pick up titles that interest them for their next reading break on the Bodden.
