Feldenkrais® and systemic counseling at Schaalsee
● Zarrentin
With Feldenkrais and systemic counseling - get moving - experience lightness - explore free spaces In the former hayloft of a lovingly and ecologically renovated barn, I offer you plenty of space for your discoveries: Using the Feldenkrais method, I focus my attention together with you on superfluous efforts and protective patterns in the body, as well as on where something goes well, feels good and you can therefore allow new things to happen. Parts of the body that are tense, painful or cause problems in other ways can be better integrated again and the image you have of yourself, your self-image, can expand. With systemic counseling, I support you in clarifying what your goal is, what resources are available to you and what may be preventing you from continuing on your path in the direction you want to go. You can find more information and current offers on my website or simply give me a call. I am a partner of the Schaalsee biosphere reserve and owner of the regional brand "For body and soul".
