Sport for everyone. Exercise combined with fun and games for an ideal vacation experience. In 2013, the former tennis facility was resurrected from its former slumber with a new crew and a new name. The Bomigo - Bowling Leisure Center Zingst. The declared aim is to expand the facility into a year-round and weather-independent leisure experience for families. The first step was the construction of an adventure mini-golf course with 12 lanes for the outdoor area. Bomigo now has a second 18-hole minigolf course. Nine holes in the outdoor area and nine on the panorama deck on the upper floor of the large Bomigo hall. A large outdoor terrace with beach chairs, tables and chairs allows guests to watch the action on the course at close quarters. The "Boddenblick" bistro also offers hot and cold food and drinks indoors. There is a climbing tower with three slides for small children. The large Bomigo hall is particularly suitable for all weathers. This is why it was extensively reconstructed on two floors in 2015 and made handicapped accessible. There is now a climbing wall, another tennis court, table tennis and a badminton court. Even archers find good training opportunities here.

The BOMIGO Bowling Leisure Center in Zingst has been one of the most versatile leisure facilities in the Baltic Sea resort of Zingst since 2013. What once began as a tennis facility has developed into a year-round meeting place for families, sports enthusiasts and holidaymakers on the Baltic coast of Mecklenburg. Whether it's sunshine or rain - there's plenty of variety here.

A highlight of the facility is the two-stage mini golf course with a total of 18 holes - nine holes outdoors and nine on the panorama deck on the upper floor of the large Bomigo hall. The facilities are complemented by a climbing wall, tennis and badminton courts and table tennis. Archers will also find suitable training facilities. A climbing tower with three slides is available for the youngest guests.

Bistro Boddenblick - take a break with a view of the grounds

After sport, the "Boddenblick" bistro invites you to take a break. Hot and cold food and drinks are served both indoors and on the large outdoor terrace with beach chairs. The main hall, which was renovated in 2015, is two-storey and disabled-friendly, making the BOMIGO an attractive place to go on the Darß even in bad weather.

How to get to the BOMIGO leisure center in Zingst

The nearest train station is Barth, around 8 kilometers from BOMIGO. From there, Zingst is easily accessible by bus or car. Those arriving by boat or ferry can use the landing stage in Zingst, which is just under one kilometer away. Alternatively, you can travel via the Fuhlendorf ferry.

The Meiningen Bridge is a technical landmark with over 100 years of history, which has shaped the transition from rail to road transport and still plays a central role for the region today. The Meiningen Bridge has connected the mainland with the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula since 1910. Originally built as a railroad bridge for the Darßbahn, it was used for road traffic after the Second World War and developed into the region's central traffic artery. Due to its age, a temporary bridge around 200 m long with a lifting section was built in 2012, which still carries road, cycle and pedestrian traffic today. A rail connection is also planned for the replacement construction.
