The Seeberge nature trail is located on the eastern shore between Gravelotte and Verchen and leads its guests through a charming part of the Mecklenburg Switzerland Nature Park and Lake Kummerow. You hike through the eastern steep bank of Lake Kummerow with small valleys cut into it.33 km² in size, Lake Kummerow is the fourth largest lake in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. It is of great importance as a resting place and feeding biotope for migrating waterfowl. 173 bird species have been recorded here. For example, lesser spotted eagles, ospreys and white-tailed eagles, as well as ducks such as great crested grebes, wigeons and white-fronted geese are waiting for your visit!
