Horseback riding is permitted from April 1 to October 31 between beach access 9L and beach access 9I1 between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.

Access to the equestrian beach is via beach access 9I1. In the period from November 1 to March 31, beach riding is permitted around the clock in Trassenheide! On horseback over the fine, white sandy beach: it is not possible to explore Usedom's beaches on horseback all year round, but it is possible at certain times of the day and year. The north of the island offers the best conditions for this: The beach there is up to 70m wide and therefore even wider than in the other regions of the island. Rides are possible from the Friesenhof Trassenheide. Galloping along the beach towards the rising sun or immersed in the golden sunset - an experience for every horse lover! On the well-trained, off-road horses of the Trassenheide farms, you can ride along the island's riding beaches until 9 a.m. in the morning and from 6 p.m. in the evening.

Riding times on Usedom beach: summer and winter at a glance

From April 1 to October 31, beach riding is permitted between beach access 9L and beach access 9I1 in the evening and morning hours - specifically between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am. In the winter months from November 1 to March 31, horse riding is permitted around the clock on the Trassenheide horse beach. Official access to the equestrian beach is via beach access 9I1.
