Anne & Herr Schulz in Plau am See – Wooden Art with Heart
The HolzKunstAtelier Anne & Herr Schulz in Plau am See is a small, creative workshop that crafts special, one-of-a-kind pieces from wood and upcycled materials. If you’re looking for something special—whether as a gift or for yourself—you’ll find handmade pieces here with character and a regional spirit.
Upcycled wood art from Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania
The work of Anne & Herr Schulz combines craftsmanship with a sustainable approach: old items are reimagined, and wood is given a second life. Such authentic small studios shape the creative scene in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania—much like the many artisans who have settled along the Baltic Sea coast from Rostock through Stralsund to Rügen and the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula.
Plau am See as a destination in the Mecklenburg Lake District
Plau am See is located in the heart of the Mecklenburg Lake District and can be easily combined with a trip to the Baltic Sea coast or a round trip through Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. In addition to nature and water, the town itself offers cultural and artisanal discoveries, such as this special studio.
