All in all, it is a stimulating relaxation for the feet, an experience for the senses and an optimal strengthening of the immune system, combined with "a bit of natural history." The Plau am See barefoot adventure trail is located in the middle of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern's charming lake landscape - an unusual nature experience for young and old. Right next to the Plau climbing park, the trail leads over a wide variety of surfaces: Sand, gravel, mud, bog, glass and many other materials provide a very special sensory experience in the open air.
Natural history and sensory experience on the barefoot path
The trail combines fun with knowledge: There are interesting facts about local animals and plants to discover along the route. Walking barefoot on the different surfaces stimulates blood circulation, strengthens the immune system and is a relaxing break from everyday life. An experience that appeals to children and adults alike. Children under the age of 6 must be accompanied by an adult on the trail.
