The bathing area is approx. 5 km from Neustrelitz in the direction of Prälank. Clear water and a beautiful beach with light-colored sand invite you to swim. The natural bathing area is located on the southern shore of the lake. The water of the Großer Prälanksee is very clear and there is light-colored beach sand on the shore. The bathing area has few shady spots. Parking spaces are available.

Bathing fun for the whole family Off for a dip in the cool water! Just a 10-minute walk from Neustrelitz's market square, you can hear the sound of happy children from afar at the bathing establishment on Lake Glambeck, who happily splash around in the water in warm weather under the watchful eye of the lifeguards and lifeguards from the German Red Cross. The bathing area is particularly popular with families with children, as the gently sloping sandy beach provides extra safety for the little ones. Don't forget to bring a shovel and bucket so that they can build sandcastles and sandpits. A large sunbathing lawn adjoining the lake offers visitors, parents and grandparents a place to relax and unwind. With a bit of luck, guests can also find a shady spot under one of the sheltering trees in the area. If you fancy a bit of sport, you should also pack a volleyball. There are always a few players on the large playing field who play a set or two together. Changing rooms, sanitary facilities and catering complete the bathing experience. The lake is open every day of the season for all water lovers and promises great swimming fun.

TagesWerk sees itself as a place for participation and encounters, where creativity acts as a unifying element.
