45 exhibitors (art, crafts, design) The owners and tenants of farms in the Klützer Winkel founded the Klütz cooperative dairy in 1889. For decades, this was regarded as an important industrial enterprise in the town of Klütz, which was known far beyond the borders of the region for its cheese products such as "Baby Edam & Klützer Gold". The dairy was closed in 1990. After almost 125 years and more than 20 years of vacancy, the dairy has developed into a place for art, culture and regional products. Here you will find art, crafts and design in various galleries with different focuses. The product range of around 60 regional and national exhibitors covers a wide spectrum. From individual clothing and accessories, an exquisite selection of leather goods and jewelry, ceramics, handmade knives and children's toys to sculptures, paintings and photography. There are also regular events such as cinema, concerts and theater, as well as opportunities to join in. Opening hours: Aprl-Oct: Tue-Sat 11am-6pm

Catrin Freuschle Producers' Gallery - art and crafts in Klütz

In the small town of Klütz in the Klützer Winkel, not far from the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast, the Catrin Freuschle producers' gallery has found a new home in a remarkable historical building: the former Klütz cooperative dairy, which was founded in 1889 and once achieved national fame with cheeses such as "Baby Edam" and "Klützer Gold". Following its closure in 1990 and decades of vacancy, the site is now a lively place for art, culture and regional products.

Around 60 exhibitors with art, design and regional crafts

In various galleries with different focal points, around 60 regional and national exhibitors present an impressive range: individual clothing and accessories, leather goods, jewelry, ceramics, handmade knives and children's toys stand alongside sculptures, paintings and photography. Anyone exploring the Baltic Sea region between Wismar and the Bay of Lübeck will find an authentic starting point away from the better-known coastal resorts here.

Events and hands-on activities at the Alte Molkerei Klütz

In addition to the diverse gallery offerings, the Alte Molkerei regularly hosts events - including cinema, concerts and theater performances. The program is complemented by hands-on activities that make the building more than just an exhibition space. The gallery is open Tuesdays to Saturdays from April to October.
