In the "dieKUNSTdasWERK" gallery, visitors can also watch artist Ana Sojor create a painting, metal designer Michael Schimmel cut Baltic Sea stones and leather designer Catrin Freuschle sew leather in the traditional way. In the small but exquisite gallery "the spinning wheel", Martina Peters explains and shows visitors everything about the production of her wool products. The intricate manual work is demonstrated using a spinning wheel and weaving frame. In addition, the flamenco dancer Ana Sojor will offer a brief insight into the art of flamenco dance through short workshops. Other guests include the textile artist Asta Rutzke with an extra exhibition of her textile art and the blacksmith Frank Alexy, who will be demonstrating traditional blacksmithing with hammer and anvil at an open fire. In addition to coffee and cake, the event café "La Lecheria" will be serving juice from Johann Volk's "Klützer Mosterei". The Alte Molkerei art and culture center in Klütz is a special place for art lovers on the Baltic coast of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Around 30 artists and craftspeople from the region present their work on around 250 square meters - including painting, wood design, ceramics, textile art, leather, jewelry, metal, paper and light.

Three galleries with hands-on activities and live demonstrations

In the "Kein Käse" gallery, visitors can make their own macramé jewelry with Ruth Aparicio Duque, while wood designer Georg Heilmann demonstrates his work on wood live. In the "dieKUNSTdasWERK" gallery, visitors can watch a painting being created, Baltic Sea stones being cut and traditional leather sewing. The gallery "the spinning wheel" shows the elaborate production of wool products with a spinning wheel and weaving frame.

Flamenco, blacksmithing and textile art in Klütz
