The Ostseehalle Glowe in the beautiful Baltic seaside resort of Glowe on the island of Rügen is a place for sport and culture. The hall itself has a floor area of just under 406 m², which can be divided into two or separated by an opaque curtain. There is also a multi-purpose room with an area of just under 45 m², which can be used for meetings, events and workshops of all kinds. There are also toilets, showers, changing rooms and a small kitchenette available on request. There are five designated spaces for wheelchair users. There is a changing room for people with disabilities. There are two public toilets for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from both sides. There are folding grab rails on both sides of the toilet. One of the barrier-free toilets is also equipped with a shower. There is no grab rail or shower chair.

The main hall has a floor area of almost 406 m² and can be flexibly divided into two separate areas by an opaque curtain - ideal for parallel events or different usage concepts.

Multi-purpose room and equipment for workshops and meetings

In addition to the main hall, there is also a multipurpose room measuring around 45 m², which can be used for meetings, workshops or smaller events. Other infrastructure includes changing rooms, showers, toilets and a kitchenette on request.

Barrier-free access in the Ostseehalle Glowe

The Ostseehalle Glowe meets the quality criteria of the "Accessibility tested" label of the Travel for All program. All areas used are steplessly accessible, doors and passageways are at least 70 cm wide. There are five designated wheelchair spaces, two barrier-free toilets and a special changing room for people with disabilities. Two disabled parking spaces are also available.
