The Ostseehalle Glowe in the beautiful Baltic seaside resort of Glowe on the island of Rügen is a place for sport and culture. The hall itself has a floor area of just under 406 m², which can be divided into two or separated by an opaque curtain. There is also a multi-purpose room with an area of just under 45 m², which can be used for meetings, events and workshops of all kinds. There are also toilets, showers, changing rooms and a small kitchenette available on request. Information on accessibility All test-relevant areas meet the quality criteria of the "Accessibility tested - barrier-free for people with disabilities and partially barrier-free for wheelchair users" label. The Glower Kurpark with its circular path along the cliff. In July 2010, the Glow spa park was opened right next to the spa clinic. Visitors will not only find beautiful plantings and an adventure playground on the circular path along the cliff not far from the Königshörn, but also granite sculptures by sculptor Mile Prerad, including the "Eagle's View" towards Cape Arkona and the mother seal with her offspring. Other Baltic Sea animals are sculpted in the open air. Mile Prerad has his studio in Lobkevitz on Wittow. The Serbian artist, who has lived in Germany since 1966, has lived and worked here since the early 1990s.

The Glowe marina is located on Cape Königshörn directly opposite Cape Arkona. Directly opposite Cape Arkona is a small cape - the Königshörn. The "Königshörn" water hiking rest area in Glowe with the same name in Tromper Wiek is located in the immediate vicinity. The name Tromper Wiek stands for a natural bathing bay with a wide sandy beach over a length of approx. 8 kilometers. The harbor offers 190 berths for fishing boats, motorboats and sailboats at a water depth of approx. 2 - 3 m. The DGzRS has stationed the rescue cruiser "Kurt Hoffmann" in Glow harbor. The harbor is open from April to October. You can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the bay directly in the harbor from a 7 m high tower with a viewing platform. The harbor has a charter base.
