What is important to me is a conscious, creative use of products with regard to their seasonal availability and quality, as well as having fun with new culinary ideas, based on traditional cuisine, fresh production and a sense of originality in processing. The food and drink on offer is consciously limited, follows the rhythm of the region, the season and is subject to sustainability, without semi-finished or finished products and free from flavor enhancers. People with intolerances or who wish to follow a vegetarian or vegan diet also have the opportunity to enjoy their food without having to make sacrifices. You can buy your Christmas tree here for the festive season. The multi-crop farm extends over 280 hectares and is primarily cultivated with winter wheat, sugar beet and winter rape. Ultra-modern large agricultural vehicles work the fields with the best equipment and thus produce the best possible yield. You can see this for yourself and get a taste of the countryside. There is the possibility of an individual farm tour. Every year, just in time for Christmas, Christmas trees can be purchased on site at the farm. These are planted every year, they grow, thrive and beautify your festive season with their magnificent splendor. The promotion of young talent is particularly important to the farm.
