Our entire family works with great dedication to ensure that our Mecklenburg specialty will soon be known everywhere and also by you: Horst, mom, Susi, dad, Heinz, Sarah, Manfred and Samantha. Ivenack is a small community in the Mecklenburg Lake District. There are 1000-year-old oak trees in a beautiful old park. While admiring the oaks, our family came up with the idea for a very special and now patented tree cake. This is sold exclusively in our family confectionery in Grammentin

The brasserie offers Italian cuisine in a wonderful ambience indoors or outdoors on a green terrace with a view of the sunset behind Lake Kummerow. Discover a gastronomic experience for all five senses. Between naturally colored clay walls, handmade mosaic tiles and natural wood, situated in the unspoiled surroundings of the Mecklenburg Lake District, you can enjoy lovingly crafted cuisine, supported by products from our own garden. Experience the sunset over the lakeside mountains on Lake Kummerow with a cocktail on the spacious terrace, surrounded by greenery. By building the brasserie, the hosts are realizing their dream of sharing their love of good food and nature with other people. The fairytale garden brasserie in the middle of nature was lovingly built by hand and every detail was designed with the guests' senses in mind. Over the next few years, themed gardens based on well-known and not-so-well-known fairy tales will be created on the 3.5-hectare site. You are already welcome to stroll around the grounds with a glass of wine and enjoy the plants and diverse wildlife.
