Move your life! Get moving. Are you already walking, or are you still sitting? Just 3 30-minute brisk walks a week are enough to keep you fit, healthy, and happy. Do you love going for walks? Is it more fun with company? Would you like to clear your head while chatting? Do you feel safer with company? Then we have something for you.
Whether young or older, local or tourist—we’ll meet you at the agreed-upon spot or pick you up from your home or vacation rental. We’ll walk for an hour or longer, along familiar or new paths, weekly or whenever you’re in the area.
Mecklenburg-Vorpommern offers an incredible variety of paths where we can relax our bodies, unwind, and recharge our batteries. You decide which path we’ll take together:
- Depending on your mood, along the stormy sea
- in the quiet forest
- through wide fields and meadows
- on a discovery tour through Rostock or
- on your very own personal route.
You not only have the choice between the BLUE, GREEN, and RED TRAILS, but also HOW you want to walk these trails:
- a leisurely stroll
- a long hike
- with Nordic walking poles
- a bit faster with power walking
- mindfully while walking barefoot or
- relaxed during a walking meditation.
In addition, we can explore or address other aspects while walking:
- Walk & Talk – just talk, clear your head, get things off your chest
- Creative Walking – Are you stuck? Do you need new ideas and inspiration for a creative project?
- BrainWalk – Are you looking for solutions (professional or personal)? Do you need to make decisions? All of this is easier while WALKING.
- Walking Break – Do you want to do something good for your employees? Then just let them WALK… as a natural way to manage stress, as prevention and therapy, to recharge and regenerate, and as a motivational and team-building activity.
