Since 2024, the restaurant has been located in the Müritzeum, part of the local history museum of the town of Waren (Müritz). There, the historical idea is continued and it shines with new splendor with many well-known historical details. The Niels Stensen Catholic Church and Parish The first Catholic mass was celebrated in the town of Waren after the Reformation in 1898. The first priest came to the town in 1908. There were only a few Catholics at the time, but their numbers steadily increased after the First World War. The foundation stone for a Catholic church was therefore laid in 1928 and it was consecrated a year later. Polish reapers played a major role in the construction. The three entrance portals were made in 1979 by Peter Balehna from Waren. The door leaves are covered with embossed sheet copper and show motifs from the Bible.
