Artificial lures are permitted in this ditch, which becomes heavily overgrown with weeds in the summer. Pike up to 90 cm have already been caught here! Perfect fishing spots—some accessible directly by car—nearby restrooms, and electricity right by the lake are ideal for carp anglers traveling with companions. Alt Schwerin Fishing Pond In addition to the fishing area, they built a pond many years ago out of a marshy meadow. This pond is now popular with many guests who enjoy spending a few relaxing hours fishing there. The pond is home to many species of fish. No tourist fishing license or fishing permit is required for these fishing ponds. You usually pay a base fee plus the price per kilogram for the fish you catch.
