In order to meet this requirement and to always know where our raw materials come from, how the animals have grown up and what feed they have been fed, we mainly process meat from our own pigs. The slaughterhouse was completed in 2001 and 10-15 pigs are slaughtered and processed here every week. Everything fresh and directly from our farm. We produce our meat and sausages ourselves right from the start, starting with the rearing on our own farm, followed by our own in-house slaughtering and the production of our meat and sausage products according to traditional regional recipes. Landfleischerei Wiechmann in Pankelow stands for artisan meat and sausage production based on traditional regional recipes.
