Short distances from the barn to the butcher's: Monday is slaughtering day. Tuesday is the cutting day. Sausage production begins on Wednesday. And from Thursday, the fresh meat and sausage specialties are available in our store in Pankelow

Everything from our own production, slaughtering & production
For meat to taste really good, it has to be fresh, juicy and tender. In order to meet this requirement and to always know where our raw materials come from, how the animals have grown up and what feed they have been fed, we mainly process meat from our own pigs. The slaughterhouse was completed in 2001 and 10-15 pigs are slaughtered and processed here every week.

Fresh meat & sausage products, whether in our store, on the road with our sales trolley directly on site or our super tasty suckling pig for your party. Everything fresh and directly from our farm.
We produce our meat and sausages ourselves right from the start, starting with the rearing on our own farm, followed by our own in-house slaughtering and the production of our meat and sausage products according to traditional regional recipes. Don't miss out on our offer or simply give us a try.

Our suckling pig is part of every celebration.
Not only do we deliver our delicious suckling pig, but we also have a wide range of different dishes on offer for you, whether hot or cold.
The hot dishes are, of course, delivered in containers that keep them warm for several hours. Your private and business guests are in the best hands with us.
We would be delighted to make you a personalized offer for your celebration, according to your wishes. We can, of course, deliver to Rostock, Laage, Bützow or Bad Doberan on request (for an additional charge).
