The main jetty will be rebuilt at the beginning of 2018 and is not yet available for use. A sixth floating jetty will then be available to all welcome guests as a water hiking rest area with an additional 25 comfortable berths. The bistro in the harbor area can still be visited, but it can only be reached from the land side. In addition, guest berths are available at water depths of 1.70 to 2.40 m when the local boats are underway. The free spaces are marked in green and are allocated by the harbour master. It served as a sexton’s house, but also as a Latin school at St. Nicholas. It is the most significant surviving example of this type of school building on the Baltic Sea, where the sons of merchants acquired basic skills for trade.
