FELSHELDEN Warnemünde - bouldering on the Baltic coast of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern
When you think of adventure on the Baltic Sea, you usually think of the beach, wind and waves - but the FELSHELDEN in Warnemünde proves that you can also aim high. In Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania's first bouldering hall, climbing beginners and experienced athletes alike can surpass themselves. On 540 square meters, over 120 climbing routes in various levels of difficulty await all those who want to challenge their strength, skill and creativity.
Bouldering without a rope - safe and suitable for everyone
The special thing about bouldering: You climb at jump height, without a climbing rope or climbing partner. Thick mats on the ground ensure safety at all times. This makes the FELSHELDEN the ideal excursion destination for families, couples and individual athletes - whether first-time climbers or experienced bouldering fans. The motto here is: just get going, try it out and have fun.
Climbing stops in Warnemünde - the ideal addition to a Baltic Sea holiday
Warnemünde is not only known as a popular seaside resort on the Baltic Sea, but is also conveniently located close to the Hanseatic city of Rostock. Anyone exploring the region - for example Fischland-Darß-Zingst, Rügen, Usedom or Stralsund - will find the FELSHELDEN a welcome change for rainy days or sporty, active vacation days. The bouldering hall is located directly in the DOCK INN, a container hostel at the Warnemünde Werft S-Bahn and bus station, just ten minutes from the beach.
How to get to the FELSHELDEN in Warnemünde
The FELSHELDEN are easily accessible by S-Bahn and bus - the Warnemünde Werft stop is right outside the door. By car, we recommend traveling via the A19 (Rostock freeway) or the A20 from Rostock in the direction of Warnemünde. Those arriving from Rügen, Stralsund or Greifswald can also use the A20 as a quick connection to the coast.
