On the way to the "Glockenblumen" hiking trail (10 km) or to Müritzhof, you will pass the north or south observation towers at Warnker See. Take some time to linger there, as there is a lot to see. Cormorant colonies, herons and ducks - it's a paradise for water birds. So much nature in one place. Especially in the fall, a hike is worthwhile: 900 red-crested pochards live here and are unique in this size in northern Germany.
