Launch Regulus

Launch Regulus
The Burgwallinsel in Lake Teterow is not only steeped in history, but also the historic barge Regulus, which invites visitors on round trips during the season. Guests can discover the most beautiful side of Lake Teterow on the Regulus launch. From Easter to the end of September, it runs daily except Mondays between Teterow Nature Baths, Burgwall Island and Teschow Beach. There is room for around 25 guests on the boat, which is steeped in history. The Regulus was built in Hamburg back in 1910. After operating on the Müritz for some time, the ship came to Teterow in 1930 and from then on sailed on the lake of the same name until it was sunk in 1945. In 1999, the wreck was salvaged and subsequently restored. The Regulus has been back in service since 2001.
