BioObst Büdnerei
BioObst Büdnerei offers Bioland-certified apples and berries such as currants, gooseberries and blueberries from our own cultivation.
You also have the option of having your own juice pressed from your apples, pears or quinces in our contract cidery. During the season, you can pick your own blueberries. Natural juices are pressed in the cidery, e.g. apple, quince, elderberry or blackcurrant juice. A very specialty is the apple and beetroot juice. I am also happy to process your fruit from your own garden with the beautiful old fruit press - you get the juice from your own fruit! On the small fruit farm's 2.5 hectares of land, various types of fruit such as apples, black, red and white currants, blueberries and aronia berries are grown. Various fruit spreads are produced on a small scale from the berries and from wild collections (e.g. rose hips and sloes). You can buy the products on Wednesdays from 8:00 to 13:00 at the Boizenburg weekly market or by appointment directly on the farm. I would be happy to welcome you to my farm - an old Büdnerei - and show you around the orchard. As a partner of the UNESCO biosphere reserve "Flusslandschaft Elbe", I am committed to its goals. I attach great importance to biodiversity on my farm and support it, for example, by planting flower strips, rock piles, nesting boxes, bee hotels and wild hedges.
BioObst Büdnerei Teldau - Bioland-certified fruit from the Elbe region
The BioObst Büdnerei in Teldau is located in the "Flusslandschaft Elbe" biosphere reserve and cultivates around 2.5 hectares of fruit according to Bioland guidelines. Various apple varieties as well as black, red and white currants, gooseberries, blueberries and aronia berries are cultivated. The small fruit farm is therefore an authentic counterpart to the popular excursion destinations on the Baltic coast of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern - ideal for an inland excursion close to nature.
Natural juices & fruit spreads from our own productionNatural juices are pressed in the farm's contract cidery - including apple, quince, elderberry and blackcurrant juice. A particular specialty is apple and beetroot juice. If you bring your own fruit from the garden, you can make an appointment to have it processed into your own juice using the old fruit press. The farm also produces various fruit spreads on a small scale from berries and wild harvests such as rose hips and sloes.
Pick your own blueberries & buy products
During the season, visitors can pick their own blueberries at the farm - an experience that is particularly worthwhile for families. The farm products are available on Wednesdays at the weekly market in Boizenburg, as well as directly at the farm by prior appointment. As a partner of the UNESCO biosphere reserve, the farm focuses on biodiversity: flower strips, wild hedges, nesting boxes and bee hotels characterize the image of the old Büdnerei.
