Aunt Emma would be very pleased. We have almost everything you need for your daily needs: groceries, fresh fruit and vegetables, drinks, baked goods, ice cream, cosmetics, pet food, gifts and other household goods. The products come from our farm, from the region and from health food shops. Meat and sausage products come almost exclusively from our organic farm. If you wish, you can go and watch our Galloway cattle and Gute sheep in the pastures before or after shopping. In the summer months, you can also buy vegetables from our own organic market garden. We stock almost everything you need for canoeing, hiking, camping and fishing: Camping accessories, outdoor clothing, mosquito spray, fishing maps and accessories, camping gas, as well as water and cycling maps. And if you have become a fan of our farm, there are lovingly designed souvenirs in the "Beaver look": caps, T-shirts, mugs, jackets, bags, stickers or magnets. We are open daily from Easter to 31.10.

Since 2016, the Cidermanufaktur has been producing cider (apple sparkling wine) and many other products made from apples (juice, apple rings, jelly, etc.) on a picturesque three-sided farm in Diemitz. Since 2024, we have also had a distillery for our fruit brandies. Visitors are always welcome. The Cidermanfaktur in Diemitz cultivates approx. 3.5 hectares of its own orchards (certified organic), but also collects apples from the surrounding area to make various apple products, in particular the apple cider "Pomme de Meck". Since 2024, the farm has also had a 250-liter distillery where fine fruit brandies are distilled. All products can be tasted and purchased on the farm or in the neighboring restaurant "Most&Kost - Kultur am See". We are also happy to show you our facilities and production processes. Ideal for individuals, families and groups who want to get to know the lake district from a different perspective. Our canoes are easy to handle and suitable for all ages. The rental is open daily from May-September and offers a great way to enjoy the picturesque landscape.

For us, quality is more than a matter of taste. Above all, it is a YES - to sustainability and to a connection with the region. Our kitchen uses fresh, healthy, sustainable, regional products. All meat dishes are prepared with Galloway beef and lamb from our own "Biolandwirtschaft Biber Ferienhof" organic farm and with environmentally friendly pork from the Mecklenburg and Brandenburg regions. We also use coffee, tea, soft drinks, beer and milk from natural, sustainable production. The fish from local waters is supplied by the Mecklenburg "Müritzfischern" fishermen.
