The owners and residents of Christiansberg call it their “Green Paradise.” The garden consists of several areas, such as the garden pond with ducks and fish, the shade garden with hostas and ferns, the peony section, the heath garden, and the alpine garden featuring gentian, edelweiss, and other rare mountain plants. In early May, the magnolia garden is in full bloom. Garden lovers can then admire about 100 varieties bearing promising names such as “Yellow Bird,” “Raspberry Ice,” or “Raspberry Fun.”
