The town hall was built on the foundations of a previous building in the New Renaissance style in 1898. The first floor was plastered ashlar. Brick was used on the upper floor. Architectural style/construction: New Renaissance The market square is not only home to the town hall, but also the oldest house in Gnoien: the former Gasthaus zur Börse. The parish church was already built in the 13th century. The old town center features narrow cobblestone streets and restored residential and commercial buildings, many of which are listed buildings. The windmill, located on the edge of the town, houses a restaurant. Former Grand Ducal District Court: The building was built in 1880 as a district court in the neoclassical style. Refugees were housed here after 1945. After renovations, the regional outpatient clinic moved in in 1952. The Gnoien district court has been based here since 1992.
