We have been a certified organic farm since 2013. I, Stephan Jakob Will, am a veterinary practitioner and treat my sheep exclusively with homeopathic remedies in the event of illness. This ensures a particularly high quality of meat, free from pharmaceutical and chemical residues. In our store you can order fresh lamb, various types of lamb sausage, lamb ham and sheep meat. Our sausages are made from 100% lamb or sheep meat. You can buy directly from the sheep farm on Saturdays from 9.00 am to 10.30 am.
