We produce chutney, mustard, curd, pesto, aioli and fruit spreads based on many of our own recipes. Discover a special treat for the palate! We produce over 100 varieties of culinary delicacies for our gourmets, mainly from local crops, and our product range meets the current needs of our customers. These products are fruity and spicy accompaniments that can be combined with cheese, meat, game, poultry, fish, pasta, rice and desserts. Only fresh, high-quality ingredients are used in our cooking pots. We do not use any additives such as artificial flavors, flavor enhancers or colorings. The culinary delicacies are offered for tasting in the 55-seat tasting room. For tour groups, we offer coffee and home-baked cakes (if ordered in advance). The Original Bauerngarten Manufaktur in Ferdinandshof, near the Baltic coast of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, produces over 100 varieties of culinary specialties - from fruity chutneys and fruit spreads to mustard, aioli, pesto and curd. All products are made from fresh, predominantly local ingredients based on the company's own recipes - without artificial flavors, flavor enhancers or colorants.
Glass production and tasting room in the heart of the Vorpommern region
Visitors can watch the chef at work in the transparent show production - a special experience for anyone who wants to know how regional natural products are made. The specialties can be tasted in the 55-seat tasting room. Travel groups can also enjoy coffee and home-baked cakes if they book in advance.
Baskets and Pommernbüdel as souvenirs from Western Pomerania
If you are looking for a special souvenir from the Baltic Sea region - for example after a vacation on Usedom or a trip from Greifswald or Stralsund - you will find an individual gift service here. Gift baskets and so-called Pommernbüdel, filled with specialties from regional producers, are a personal alternative to ordinary souvenirs.
