The Brasserie & Bar at the Loev Hotel Rügen is located directly on the main boulevard of Binz, just 50 meters from the pier. Excellent cuisine, high-quality wines and spirits as well as delicious cocktails can be enjoyed here in a relaxed atmosphere. Live music evenings and SKY TV sports broadcasts can be enjoyed in the Loev Bar. The Loev Bar in the style of the 1920s is not only a popular meeting place for young and old in the evenings. During the day, delicious home-baked cakes with fine coffee specialties are served here. In the evening, the Loev Bar offers a large selection of cocktails and exclusive spirits. However, it is best known for its live music events. Once a month, it transforms into a blues club with an original southern flair and good, handmade live music. In addition, all major sporting events such as the Champions League and Formula 1 are broadcast live, as the Loev Bar is a SKY Sportsbar! The Brasserie Loev is located right next door. The huge chandelier, which bathes the French-style restaurant with lots of wood in warm light, is very striking. You can also sit comfortably on the large terrace and watch the hustle and bustle on the main street. The "classics" are, for example, the cod fillet under an apple and sea buckthorn crust with lentil cabbage and fried herb potatoes or the original Wiener Schnitzel with cucumber salad and parsley potatoes. As a member of Regional Eßkultur, fresh and regional products are prepared in a modern way in the brasserie kitchen. The steaks are a highlight, because a Southbend grill, which grills high-quality meats at 800°C, turns the steak into a culinary experience.
