The portfolio also includes product advice, training courses, guided tours and tastings of the finished roasted coffees. Fileo Kaffeemanufaktur GmbH with its registered brand "Brack Kaffeemanufaktur" operates an organic-certified coffee roasting plant near Rostock in the specialty coffee sector with a mail-order business and associated factory outlet. Once the green coffee has been purchased, the still green beans are carefully processed in the in-house production facility, taking into account the intended preparation method. In this way, filter coffees, espressos or even a caffè crema are produced in the drum roaster - each for different extraction methods. As a contract roasting company, the employees of the coffee manufactory are on hand to assist their customers in the development of their own products, but also to train and advise all enthusiasts and interested parties on the subject of coffee.
