We source our range of regional organic products from around 50 organic farms and artisan producers. These include various gardeners, beekeepers, bakeries, fruit and dairy farmers as well as farmers whose cattle, pigs, lambs and poultry are processed by hand into delicious sausage and ham products.
In the old brick barn in Teschendorf, we supplement this regional range with other products so that you can choose from a full range of natural foods.
