Gut Klepelshagen is an organic farm and forestry operation with more than 2000 hectares of land, over 300 of which are designated as a nature reserve. The red deer, roe deer and wild boar live here as is their nature: free in their natural habitats. The grazing cattle are kept to the very highest standards. There is no transportation of animals - they are slaughtered exclusively on site.
In addition to fine cuts and steaks from Klepelshagen's organic pasture-raised cattle, high-quality game meat is also processed seasonally. A large selection of "delicacies in a jar" is offered for quick gourmet meals - from organic goulash to venison stew.
One of the guiding principles of Gourmet Manufaktur Gut Klepelshagen is to act sustainably and use available resources responsibly and in an environmentally friendly manner. The meat products are shipped in climate-neutral insulated packaging made from pure straw.
