The Retgendorf Village Church is part of the Evangelical Lutheran parish of Zittow-Retgendorf in Retgendorf, near Dobin am See in northwestern Mecklenburg.
The Retgendorf village church is a Gothic brick church with a three-part carved winged altar. The Retgendorf village church was first mentioned in a document in 1241. However, the current brick structure was not built until the 15th century.
Various repairs were carried out in the 18th and 19th centuries. Further extensive restorations took place in the 1960s. In the 1980s, the facade and windows were renovated. The church bell was cast in 1939.
