In our manufactory in Ahrenshagen-Daskow we produce delicious jams, fruit spreads and jellies in the traditional way, mainly from sea buckthorn.
The Darßer Manufructur has set itself the task of processing the vitamin-rich sea buckthorn into a wide range of products. Fruit spreads, jams and jellies are then produced in the traditional way.
We don't conjure up good taste in a jar, but instead rely on the ancient art of cooking. Our specialty is the local fruit that everyone here knows, some of which has been somewhat forgotten in our modern world because it doesn't fit in with industrial production. Sea buckthorn, with its exceptionally high vitamin C content, plays a very important role in our range. But we also cook some other spreads because we enjoy trying them out!
You can visit the manufactory from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm and Saturday from 10.00 am to 3.00 pm.
