Altkalen Windmill

Detlef Preuß The base-story Dutch-style windmill was built in 1913. The sails turn, and the entire milling system is still intact; guided tours are available by appointment. Welcome to the only operational windmill in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, located along the Grain and Baking Experience Route. What is wind-ground flour? Where can we buy wind-ground flour?
