Tourist Information and Community Center Zierow in the Bay of Wismar

The Zierow Tourist Information and Community Center is the first port of call for visitors to the municipality of Zierow, which is located directly on the Baltic Sea coast in the Bay of Wismar. Here, guests can obtain information about their stay in the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern region - from the nearby Hanseatic city of Wismar to other Baltic Sea destinations such as Rostock, Stralsund or Fischland-Darß-Zingst.

Village Museum Zierow - experience the history of the community

In addition to tourist information, the center houses a village museum that provides insights into the history of the municipality of Zierow. Information about the exhibits is provided in written form so that visitors can explore the content at their own pace.

The building bears the "Travel for All" label and is certified as barrier-free for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users. All rooms and facilities are accessible without steps, doors and passageways are at least 90 cm wide. A marked disabled parking space is located close to the entrance and a barrier-free toilet is available. Assistance dogs are expressly welcome.
