Depending on the hunting season, we also offer you a wide selection of local game meat and game sausage thanks to our close cooperation with the Schildfeld forestry office. Whether beef, pork, poultry or game: we know exactly where our meat comes from. Landfleischerei F. Behnke was taken over by Ilse and Fritz Behnke in Vellahn in 1956. Master butcher Carsten Gühlstorf, their grandson, has been running the family business since 2000, supported by five expert employees. Run by master craftsmen, the butcher's shop also trains the next generation of butchers. We are a partner of the UNESCO Elbe River Landscape Biosphere Reserve and are actively committed to sustainable regional development in the biosphere region!
