The two-part forest adventure trail promises visitors space to discover and let off steam, educational information and, above all, fun for the whole family in the midst of nature. The adventure trail is divided into two areas: the Forest of Talents with ten stations and the Philosopher's Path with a further six stations. In the Forest of Talents, visitors can explore or measure themselves against the talents of the forest or its inhabitants. The two areas can be explored separately or together. In the Forest of Talents, there is station one, "Sporting talent wanted", in the immediate vicinity of the forest playground. The sporting talents of the forest's inhabitants are explained here. On the Philosopher's Path, an old forester tells his granddaughter interesting facts about the forest and man-made climate change on an information board. There are plenty of places to sit along the forest adventure trail, as well as views of the open countryside.

Teterow forest adventure trail - nature experience for families on the Baltic Sea

The Teterow Forest Adventure Trail is located in the heart of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and invites families, nature lovers and curious visitors to the Baltic Sea region to enjoy a varied excursion into the forest. The trail is divided into two sections: the Forest of Talents with ten stations and the Philosopher's Trail with a further six stations. Both routes can be walked separately or together.

Forest of Talents and Philosophers' Trail - learning and moving in nature

In the Forest of Talents, everything revolves around the special abilities of the forest and its inhabitants. A forest playground awaits right next to station one - "Sportsman wanted". On the Philosopher's Trail, an old forester accompanies his granddaughter in pictures and text and imparts interesting facts about the forest and man-made climate change. Along both routes, numerous seating options and views of the open landscape make for pleasant breaks.

Teterow as a starting point for the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea region

Teterow is centrally located in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and is easily accessible from the Baltic Sea coast. It is around 45 kilometers from Rostock, so the forest adventure trail can be ideally combined with a trip to the coast or a visit to the Hanseatic city. Teterow is also easy to reach from Güstrow and the wider lake district - via the B108 federal highway or by regional train on the Rostock-Neubrandenburg line.
