Accessible access to the Rostock Tourist InformationThe Rostock information center is designed for accessibility: Wheelchair users can reach the building via a side entrance with a lift (140 × 140 cm) and a 95 cm wide, threshold-free entrance door. In the customer area, there are sufficient maneuvering spaces and equivalent communication options in a seated position. A barrier-free WC with grab rails on both sides and a wheelchair-accessible washbasin is available. Assistance dogs are welcome and the alarm is visually perceptible throughout the building.
Accessible guided tours in Rostock for people with disabilities
The tourist information office offers special guided tours for people with walking, hearing or visual impairments, which must be booked in advance. Two designated disabled parking spaces are located in Schwaansche Straße, around 50 meters from the entrance
