For the barbecue, we refine fine venison with fresh herbs and a little cheese to create an extremely juicy sausage. We also serve wild boar cevapcici with a strong hint of garlic and paprika. We have also prepared game steaks with fine spices for your barbecue. Or would you prefer something for bread? Our venison chilli salami is the hit of the range with its subtly spicy note. The fallow deer and fennel salami scores with the taste of Mediterranean herbs and our wild boar and paprika salami, based on a Hungarian family recipe, is just right for fiery connoisseurs.
