Visitors can enjoy a walk through the tree-filled forest, try out the numerous exercise machines or attend one of the various events held directly in the forest. In 2017, the first certified European spa and healing forest opened in the Baltic seaside resort of Heringsdorf on the island of Usedom. The forest is free of charge for all visitors and offers a place for rest and relaxation for all ages. The main path through the forest is also barrier-free. Thanks to the unique combination of oxygen-rich forest air and salty sea air, the spa and healing forest has a special climate that has a particularly positive effect on respiratory diseases and cardiovascular problems. In 2021, the 1st children's healing forest was also opened, which brings our little ones closer to the topics of nature and health in a playful way.

Since 2021, the first children's healing forest has complemented the offer: Here, the youngest visitors are introduced to the topics of nature and health in a playful way.
