Experience an enjoyable journey through time in the heart of Stralsund's old town. At Kaffeehaus Stralsund, you can expect a nostalgic feel-good atmosphere, a variety of breakfasts, selected cakes and tarts and warm, hearty snacks. A guest once said: "It's like a little trip back in time here." Hello, my name is Sebastian Tacke. We lovingly reopened our "living room café" in December and have been able to preserve the architectural charm of the last 25 years. Here, guests can let time stand still for a while and chat over a delicious coffee, breakfast or a slice of cake. Our fresh waffles, cream puffs with cherries and omelettes with bacon are particularly popular. Classics such as Hawaiian toast and ragout fin are also served. All dishes are lovingly prepared by my team. We want you to feel at home with us - just like in your living room. We are open for you Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5.30 pm.

Kaffeehaus Stralsund: a living room café in the middle of the Baltic Hanseatic city

If you are looking for a break from strolling through the old town in Stralsund on the Baltic Sea, you will find a special retreat in Kaffeehaus Stralsund. The café in the heart of Stralsund's old town exudes the charm of past decades - no wonder, as the architectural character from more than 25 years of history was deliberately preserved when it reopened in December. One guest summed it up aptly: "It's like a little trip back in time here."

Breakfast, cakes and classics with warmth

The menu includes breakfast options, homemade cakes and tarts as well as hearty snacks. Fresh waffles, cream puffs with cream and cherries and an omelette with bacon are particularly popular. Classics such as toast Hawaii and ragout fin are also on offer - lovingly prepared by the team led by owner Sebastian Tacke. The motto is clear: guests should feel like they are in their own living room.

From here, you can not only explore the old town and the harbor, but also go on excursions to Fischland-Darß-Zingst, Greifswald or the island of Usedom.
