Marquardt milk filling station, Rubenow

Tasty fresh milk to tap yourself.

Enjoy the pleasure of our fresh and untreated milk. Our family-run farm is located on the L22 between Wolgast and the island of Usedom. The farm has been in our family since 1889, before it was taken over by the fourth generation in 1991. It started with 10 dairy cows, which over the years developed into a herd of 100 dairy cows plus offspring and bull fattening. A total of three breeds belong to this herd: Angler, Rotbunt and Schwarzbunt. Horses, dogs, cats and rabbits have also found a home on our farm. Our GMO-free farm also cultivates agricultural land on which a wide variety of cereals such as rye, barley, wheat and oats, as well as lupins, alfalfa, maize and potatoes grow and thrive. This is also where we obtain the feed for our dairy cows, only rapeseed meal and mineral feed is bought in. From May to October, the dairy cows have plenty of access to the pasture and can graze to their heart's content during these months. They are milked in the morning and evening. Some of the fresh milk is used to fill our two milk vending machines so that you can tap our delicious and untreated raw milk yourself 24 hours a day. It also contains important and natural ingredients. We have been offering beef from young bulls since May 2017. The bulls are kept in a large open stable. On advance order, you can purchase meat packages of approx. 6 kg, all about beef, from us.
