Real craftsmanship is still practiced in the historic bakery: here the bread comes fresh from the old German stone oven. Highlight: from May to October, various types of Klockenhäger bread are baked in the vaulted oven. The bakery is open seasonally (like the open-air museum) from Tuesday to Sunday.
