Lennépark Remplin is one of the most remarkable gardens in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Originally designed as a Baroque park, it was redesigned as an English landscape park starting in 1851 by the renowned landscape architect Peter Joseph Lenné. Remplin is located in the heart of Mecklenburg, not far from the Baltic Sea coast with its well-known destinations such as Rostock, Stralsund, and Greifswald.

The Remplin fishing ponds are located in the middle of the Lenné Park. Fishing enthusiasts can fish all year round in the Remplin fishing ponds in the middle of Lenné Park. The fishing ponds are located at the entrance to the town (from Malchin) and at the exit (from Teterow). The park and especially the observatory are a good orientation point to find the fishing ponds quickly. The registration desk is located right next to the observatory, where free parking is also available. Trout, salmon trout, carp and, in the summer months, African catfish can be caught in the fishing ponds. Entry is free, only the catch is paid for. Please note that only cash payment is possible.
