Moorweg 11

19258 Nieklitz

Himmel & Humus stands for community-supported agriculture, fresh vegetables and community involvement in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Founded by Amelie and Sophie, the young team combines enthusiasm for nature-loving cultivation and innovative company structures. The Market Garden has been growing organically since its first year: starting on 1,360 square meters, the area is gradually being expanded - with the aim of offering high-quality regional vegetables with short distances. Himmel & Humus relies on cyclical and regenerative methods, climate-friendly cultivation and transparency. The SoLaWi lives through the active participation of its members. In addition to growing vegetables, Himmel & Humus is a learning and research space, a place for events and exchange. Fairness, community, seasonality and sustainability characterize everyday life as well as the promotion of an inclusive working environment - for more visibility of women and marginalized groups in agriculture. There is a cut flower meadow where flowers can be picked, a café can be enjoyed or vegetables can be bought.
